International Volunteer Day (IVD) (originally and still known as International Volunteer Day for Economic and Social Development) (December 5) is an international observance designated by the United Nations since 1985. It offers an opportunity for volunteer organizations and individual volunteers to make their contributions visible – at local, national and international levels – to the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

The biggest obstacle that the people with special needs encounter are the people of their environment.

Under the motto "My health, my right", Red Cross - Prilep marked December 1, the World AIDS Day and the AIDS Week, with a campaign that runs from December 1. to December 7. 2017.

The mission of ACTAC is directed towards installing the European standards into society, as a way of democracy implementing.

My name is Aleksandar Cvetkoski, I am president of ACTAC. I also work in the national institution "Institute and Museum" Prilep - as curator. I run the tobacco museum, the department for social and spiritual culture, and I am ethnologist and anthropologist. I can say that both the state organization where I work and ACTAC can be called the "Soldier Schweik" for all these changes that have taken place over the past 27 years and for which I can say that they are walking in place or going backwards.
